or any of that crap, something happens that smacks so resolutely of a “NO” from the universe that I begin to wonder.  I can’t decide if this is a door closing, or simply half-shut, or a sign that I’m meant to go somewhere else and do something better.  Either way, just when I’d finally made up my mind, literally hours later I get news that makes me seriously question the decision I took so long to make.  Not that I had decided to settle, but I had sort of decided to settle on some things as a trade off for others…  Maybe (I hope so) this is a sign from the universe/God/whatever you want to call it that settling on anything at all is not the path to happiness.  God knows I’ve been trying to find that path for awhile, with little success.  Yes, this was cryptic, but I don’t want to give details until things are a bit clearer…whenever that may be, if ever.
